Absolute pleasure dealing with Premier roofing. Right from the start, returning phone calls and dealing with any issues that came up. They always did the right thing. They took extra steps to make sure our roof got put on in February. (Clearing snow days before)As far as workmanship they roof came out beautifully. They were done in a few days.Even down to the last day they came through and cleaned up. Job site was spotless when they left.Being in the building trades myself I have high expectations. I am 100% satisfied with my Premier Roofing experience. My 3 story 140 year old barn needed substantial rafter and purlin repair in addition to a metal roof replacement. The work was done meticulously, keeping the interior Post and Beam construction intact. The exterior Panel - Loc Plus 26 gauge metal roof is beautiful and completely boasts the look of a classic Upstate NY Barn. I plan to use Premiere for future projects.
They not only cleaned up every night, they even made sure all nails and screws were picked up. They picked up all the trash, even after it was done, they did the same thing.
I hired Premier to put a new roof on my house and pretty much made it an easy sale. Adil was my sales rep. They definitely have a hard working crew and did it in a day and was satisfied based on what I was told I needed and paid for. This was done just before winter. So now that we’ve had some snow I’m having a Big issue with the number of snow bars that were installed on the front of the house as now I’m have avalanches of snow sliding down and crashing onto my front porch which could cause bodily harm to someone if they were there when it falls. I contacted the office and explained my problem and they sent someone (mo) out to look at it and I asked why they installed double bars on the back roof and not the front? Same steepness. But he could see where there was an issue but could only bring back to the sales rep. Waited for a call and nothing?? So I called him directly and was told he’s an experienced sales rep of 1yr and didn’t think I needed them but could write me up an estimate for additional ones. I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay for them as they should have been put in at the beginning. Put all the left over material that they took which I believe I paid for, but he definitely corrected me on that - they pay for the extra materials on all jobs. HmmmPicture of what I’ve had to deal with so far this winter and it’s been mild ( snow)Oh, forgot he did send me a quote to purchase extra snow bars…. Totally unprofessional..

It was a pleasure working with everyone I was in contact with at Premier Roofing from start to finish. Everyone was extremely professional, took the time to answer my questions, and completed the roof in the time frame promised. I highly recommend using them for any roofing needs you may have.
We hired Premier Roofing to replace the roof on the extension of our house as well as replace the flashing on two sections of the chimney.The problems began when the subcontractors used by Premier Roofing reversed into our garage, causing significant damage to the siding. At no point during the day did they inform us of this despite the fact I was at home that day. They then attempted to patch the damage without our consent.We only knew of this because my wife arrived home and saw the damage done. We called Premier Roofing who accepted fault and said they'd send Adam out to check the damage.We were also unhappy with the job the subcontractors had done with the flashing as we believe it looked shoddy and unprofessional. The brick work was cut in too far, the flashing was poorly cut, there was silicone smeared over the chimney stack, the silicone around the flashing had visible gaps in it and there are areas of the white flashing where red brick dust had been siliconed over – causing it to look dirty.Adam arrived and told us the flashing looked fine to him (look at the pictures in this review to judge for yourself) but we could talk to the main office if we insisted on getting it replaced. The repair work to the outside of the garage looked okay to us so we agreed to let it slide.Premier Roofing agreed to replace the flashing and said they'd send Adam out to replace it the following week. A day before he was due to replace the flashing, Premier Roofing called and said he was “out of town”. Rather than send anyone else out to replace the flashing, they offered us $150 to forget about it. We said we'd think about it but weren't happy with the outcome.The next morning I also discovered that a beam that holds the garage door had cracked. This beam was in line with where the subcontractor's van had crashed into the garage. At that point we asked Premier Roofing for their insurance details so we could file a claim for repairs to the garage.As it turned out, the subcontractor didn't have commercial vehicle insurance at all so we were unable to file a claim against them. So we had to call Premier Roofing again and ask for them to cover the damage to the garage and replace the flashing as $150 wasn't going to cut it.We received a quote from another roofing company and sent it over. Premier Roofing eventually sent a contract to us that agreed to pay this amount but only if we signed a non-disclosure clause (specifically mentioning negative online reviews) and waived them of all liability. We didn't think it was fair that we should have our silence bought merely for the value of the damage caused and the poor work that needed to be replaced so we refused.We informed them that we'd take them to small claim's court unless they paid for the damages without the non-disclosure clause and liability waiver attached.Rick Ozer, the owner of Premier Roofing, then sent us an email that explained the subcontractor had made a mistake and that's what liability insurance was for. When we wrote back that his subcontractor didn't have the proper insurance and that was a major part of the problem we didn't get another response – although they did finally deduct the damages from our final bill.The entire ordeal took months to deal with and we don't feel like Premier Roofing dealt with it in a professional manner. We had other issues with them and their subcontractor during this process but there's not enough space to mention them all here.We can't recommend Premier Roofing after our experience with them and hope to never have to deal with them again.
Premier Roofing is fast, efficient, and professional. Got a quote in one day. The roof was completed just about 3 weeks after the quote. I am quite happy with the results. It looks great! The installation crew was on-time and fast. They were in and out in one day. Everything was cleaned up nicely. A very good crew. Special thanks to Mo for the fast and professional quote.
Premier was able to install my roof in less than a day and a half, and all at a reasonable and competitive price. I was also able to work with the contractor on site to install a skylight to my dimensions. Happy with my experience.

This entire experience was so easy and fast. Everyone from the desk workers to the foreman were super nice. The roofers were super fast and I never once saw them slaking off. Turns out my roof had A LOT of dry rot but replacing all the plywood and boards barely slowed them down.
From initial phone call to finished product, a great experience. Very professional operation and responsive communications. A customized quote in a binder produced on-site in his truck by the estimator (Kevin)? Who does that?!? A mailed thank you card for the order? Who does that?!? Premier did both BTW.I am *very* happy with the price, quality of material, and work crew. They did the whole job on my barn in one day; cleaned up afterward and wouldn't even know they were there (except for my beautiful new roof). After 6 estimates and study of the product and ability to handle my Structures needs, the choice was easy. Kevin's evaluation of the roof, attic, garage, overhangs and an estimate that was clear.The drone footage was a great assist. The Village Code Office made it clear no roof over allowed.The trepidations of metal are gone. Great look and product.The crew was exceptional and addressed concerns with great professionalism from clean up thru special need.The communications with Meghan and the Office staff greatly assisted in color and product selection.

Very professional in all aspects from making the appointment for the representative to come see me,checked the roof out. Measured, explained everything to me. ,Set up the time for installation, the guys were right on time,set up tools and went right to work, did a beautiful job. When finished they picked of everything, never k own they had been here except for my new beautiful ,Hunter Green metal roof.Have gotten lots of compliments and always tell them Premier Roofing did the job.amd if you need a a new roof they are the ones to call. We had a Terrible experiance with premier.Our Brand new roof and skylights are leaking.We reached out to the manufacturer and contrary to what premier advertises they are not certified installers, which means manufacturer will not warrenty their workmanship.this is in adition to huge damages incurred during instalation.they left the buidling uncovered throughout a series of strong rainstorms leaving our property completly unprotected.All in all a terrible experiance.Would not recomend
I am typing this for my mother who got her roof replaced. The team was very cooperative, nice, respectful and professional through the whole process. It was done quickly with great clean up. Even did some roof repair were needed. Would recommend them to anyone. They also replaced fallen siding from a storm. Gave detailed quotes with pictures and explanations.
I've got to say they did a great job. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced several sheets of plywood and installed new shingles. To say they were fast and thorough would be an understatement. They did all of this in one day and the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Premier roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
This was the 1st time I need to have a roof installed so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called around to several places and most of them couldn't even come look at my roof to give an estimate for months and I had a leak so I needed it done quickly. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and spoke with Moe until the roof was finished was nothing but complete professionalism! I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and replace my house roof. It only took them 1 day to replace my house roof and my garage roof! Responsiveness was impressive. Was hoping for getting on the list for spring. The whole process was complete with appointments setting, estimate , product delivery and completion within5 weeks. Locally owned, efficient and neat. The professional crew showed up and worked the full day on a Saturday to complete the job. So many of this things sound basic and simple but not many contractors deliver this type of service. My roof looks great and I highly recommend Premier roofing

Very satisfied with Premier Roofing from the initial estimate through the final installation. Met with one of the partners who was extremely professional and honest who took the time to go over a few options for me. I decided to opt for a full removal of the existing roof shingles and installation of new asphalt shingles. We also had 4 skylights installed to replace older ones. The job was done in one day by the crew who was supervised by Juan. He was the consumate professional and so very well mannered throughout the project and kept everything moving along. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services. Ask for Juan if he is available. He is a gem and will ensure your job is done the way you want it.

We had a metal roof installed. The crew did a fantastic job. It was so hot out, but they kept on working. We are very happy with how the roof looks. Juan answered any questions we had. I am just waiting on pictures from Juan that he took from above.
Juan and a crew of 7 showed up at 8:15 on a Saturday. They did the whole roof in 1 day. Stripped shingles, removed fiberglass panels from the deck, and replaced 70 sheets of plywood. They installed the new shingles on the house and metal on the deck. At 8:30 that night we had a new roof and a dumpster full of debris. Excellent job and faster than I could have guessed. Call them! They did a great job for us.

Called for an estimate on having our roof replaced. Rick came out in a few days, was very professional and had a very thorough estimate ready quickly. The price was great especially given today's economy and compared to other estimates that we'd gotten. High quality materials were delivered, the crew showed up on time and our new roof was installed in one day (a very long day for the roofers). The roofers worked hard and did a great job including clean-up. Couldn't be happier.
We replaced a shingle roof with a metal one from Premier. They did a great job of installing, and inspecting the roof decking. Their clean up was amazing! They made sure that the area was pristine! The crew was friendly and worked rather than chatting their time away. The new metal roof was on in no time. We were informed of areas that needed additional tlc and they were able to take care of it. Overall a good experience with the installation.In regard to the sales crew, we had our first salesperson no show, and I had to call and find that out. The second one, who was able to come the next day, did a great job with the estimate. The concern was the follow through communication. Things that he stated he would call me about the next day, I ended up calling several days later to get the answers. He was good at communicating when the crew was on the job and questions needed answered.The office staff was phenomenal!! They were responsive to questions and kept us informed of changes regarding crew arrival time.
We needed our roof done in a timely manner so that we could proceed with the sale of our home. Premier was incredibly responsive, got someone out quickly to do an estimate and even with Covid shipping and product issues others are having, they were done with the job within 10 days from when we gave them our deposit! I had a great experience with Premier Roofing. Adam is the best! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was able to install a new roof on my house and garage in about a day and a half. They were really nice and professional. My new roofs look great and the price was good too. I went with the basic black option. Because the material is a little reflective, the black looks a bit more like charcoal than a true black, which is perfect for me.

Responsiveness was impressive. Was hoping for getting on the list for spring. The whole process was complete with appointments setting, estimate , product delivery and completion within5 weeks. Locally owned, efficient and neat. The professional crew showed up and worked the full day on a Saturday to complete the job. So many of this things sound basic and simple but not many contractors deliver this type of service. My roof looks great and I highly recommend Premier roofing

Very satisfied with Premier Roofing from the initial estimate through the final installation. Met with one of the partners who was extremely professional and honest who took the time to go over a few options for me. I decided to opt for a full removal of the existing roof shingles and installation of new asphalt shingles. We also had 4 skylights installed to replace older ones. The job was done in one day by the crew who was supervised by Juan. He was the consumate professional and so very well mannered throughout the project and kept everything moving along. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services. Ask for Juan if he is available. He is a gem and will ensure your job is done the way you want it.

We had a metal roof installed. The crew did a fantastic job. It was so hot out, but they kept on working. We are very happy with how the roof looks. Juan answered any questions we had. I am just waiting on pictures from Juan that he took from above.
Juan and a crew of 7 showed up at 8:15 on a Saturday. They did the whole roof in 1 day. Stripped shingles, removed fiberglass panels from the deck, and replaced 70 sheets of plywood. They installed the new shingles on the house and metal on the deck. At 8:30 that night we had a new roof and a dumpster full of debris. Excellent job and faster than I could have guessed. Call them! They did a great job for us.

Called for an estimate on having our roof replaced. Rick came out in a few days, was very professional and had a very thorough estimate ready quickly. The price was great especially given today's economy and compared to other estimates that we'd gotten. High quality materials were delivered, the crew showed up on time and our new roof was installed in one day (a very long day for the roofers). The roofers worked hard and did a great job including clean-up. Couldn't be happier.
We replaced a shingle roof with a metal one from Premier. They did a great job of installing, and inspecting the roof decking. Their clean up was amazing! They made sure that the area was pristine! The crew was friendly and worked rather than chatting their time away. The new metal roof was on in no time. We were informed of areas that needed additional tlc and they were able to take care of it. Overall a good experience with the installation.In regard to the sales crew, we had our first salesperson no show, and I had to call and find that out. The second one, who was able to come the next day, did a great job with the estimate. The concern was the follow through communication. Things that he stated he would call me about the next day, I ended up calling several days later to get the answers. He was good at communicating when the crew was on the job and questions needed answered.The office staff was phenomenal!! They were responsive to questions and kept us informed of changes regarding crew arrival time.
We needed our roof done in a timely manner so that we could proceed with the sale of our home. Premier was incredibly responsive, got someone out quickly to do an estimate and even with Covid shipping and product issues others are having, they were done with the job within 10 days from when we gave them our deposit! The crew that came to do the roof was quick, efficient, and neat. They were done in just a matter of hours! The new roof is beautiful and will last for the new owners!

I had a great experience with Premier Roofing. Adam is the best! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was able to install a new roof on my house and garage in about a day and a half. They were really nice and professional. My new roofs look great and the price was good too. I went with the basic black option. Because the material is a little reflective, the black looks a bit more like charcoal than a true black, which is perfect for me.
Came in with the best quote. Many options with roofing materials. Did exactly what they said they would do. Friendly, hard-working crew. Good communication from supervisory staff. Left everything tidy. Pleased with new roof and gutters.
